Hey Scara
Way to go girl. Congratulations on your decision to quit. I'm on day 3 so you have my full support and empathy - I know what you mean re the cravings but remember that those cravings will pass - apparently it only takes 2 minutes for them to go. And anyway we are bigger than the cravings and we are in the process of living a smoke free life. I'm right beside you taking just one step at a time.
all the very best

Hi Scara,
I had the bad cravings in the AM also. But, I learned to enjoy my fresh ground coffee without a smoke. The first two weeks, I drank tea instead. Then, you just have to get moving. You can do everything that you are used to doing, just do it without smoking. You will find that you will get alot more done. Hang tough!
