I quit cold turkey too and experienced the same. My acid reflux went away too and stayed away! Thank goodness.... I hated that stuff.
Now I don't get as many headaches, my sinuses are much better and for the first time in as long as I could remember, I didn't get the flu last winter. The benefits of the quit are endless!

my hubby quit cold turkey and he was on the couch sick in a few days...it lasted for a few days also....I would say it was normal...if it persists, see your doctor.....the withdrawal takes more time that we think....we haven't a clue what we were doing to our bodies with this poison....hang right in here....it WILL at some point begin to turn around
