Shannon, There are many who experience being tired and sleep a lot early in the quit. Quitting had the opposite affect on me. I couldn't sleep and still sleep less than I use to. Hang in there, in time this all passes and you will feel back to normal. Congratulations on your decision to quit. This is a great site for support.
