wow 2 days to go Amethyst :) Both of us had very easy quits, had a couple of bumpy days but nothing major. I dont think of smoking either i havnt for quite sometime. To me the first two weeks seemed to take so long and now it seems to have just flown. Char2k you are more than welcome to join us in the July Extinguishers group. We are open to anyone who quit in July weather you were a part of the SSC or not we welcome you all to just pop in and say hi. MistyMoon thank you for your support this weekend, everything has been sorted and i really wish i did listen to you last night coz i had the worst night sleep lol and for what!! Nothing! Pffft shoudah listened huh :) Thank you tho. Auntie i hope you are enjoying your smoke free home. Please dont feel guilty that you are not have a bad time with withdrawl symptoms or with cravings, everyone's quit is different and to be honest you are what you make of the quit, if you make it hard it will be.
