Julie - I, too get the cravings every now and then. Here's what works for me - put some oil of cinnamon ona toothpick and chew on that for a while. I find that satisfies the demons within! It's important to remember to continue the rewards .....even after all this time lol :) Don't dwell on those "smoking" thoughts. Just acknowledge them briefly wen they come and then go think about something far more important!
