Skidoo -
There are some pretty insensitive people in this world that think that they can just say anything and it doesn't matter...well I know that hurt. But you know the greatest thing in the whole world? That you HAVE quit smoking...your baby will never see you with a cig in your mouth...you smell like a wonderful mom to your child. I am so proud of you.
AND you were out there with your new shoes on and doing something about it...Honey - you can't do everything at once. Even Supermoms have to take things a little at a time. You are doing great! It just takes time to get all the resolve together and tackle it...you will get it done!
Keep Strong!

No matter what anyone says ... what is most important is how we talk to ourselves. Do not let what others say dictate how you talk to or believe about yourself.

Big Big Big congratulations on 75 days!
Hooray you are well on your way to the beach. You are doing such a great job of being quit. HOORAY!
Know something, and this is just from my experience. Staying quit is the big trick and sooner and sometimes later all the rest, weight, moods and all that stuff you get to take care of, and they will get taken care of. Most important at this point is your quit. Congratulations.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

Skidoo...
A lot of us gain weight when we quit smoking. I found that with a few changes (no snacking) and time, the weight came right back off within 6 months. Don't let it get you down. At least you are not killing yourself by smoking. Be proud of yourself. Who cares about your weight. Those who love you, just want to have you around.
Be yourself. Be proud. You are quit!
Congratulations on 75 Awesome Days!!!!!! :)
PS... you don't look like you have gained an ounce to me :p
