Kate... the only thing you would have to be sorry for is if you went back to smoking. Doesn't sound like that is the case here. Now you know, some of us just have to see for ourselves, that smoking doesn't help a thing. It just makes it worse. Now are you ready to proceed forward? Quitting is an awesome adventure! Check it out. :) Always remember N.O.P.E. Not one puff ever is how we all quit. One day at a time, one step at a time, no matter what. You can do it. Kate, Do not apologize. Just get back up and do it again. There's no such thing as a failure who keeps trying (that's a quote from one of my favorite songs). Therefore, just get back up, get back on with the quit and learn from this. Figure out things you can do besides smoke when you can't get to the computer. You CAN do this... but it's got to be N.O.P.E. Crave the Quit! The important thing is that you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try, try again. It gets better. Just keep on keeping on and pick yourself if you falter...EVERY time you falter...just keep getting up. If you refuse to give up and you continue to keep trying no matter what, you've got the winning spirit. MAY the Quit be with us all. carpepax My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 43 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 348 Amount Saved: $436.45 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 1 Mins: 50 Seconds: 22

Kate, one puff does not a failure make. Please resume your quit! One puff does not throw you off the wagon very hard. Just climb back on...we're here waiting for you!
