Wow - well, what a beautiful, peaceful night here at the Beach. The sound of those waves is just so healing and it reminds me of how life can just be so wonderful...
Ya know, today has been rough... Amanda (yes she really is my massage therapist!) said that normally I have a high energy level, and today when she was working on me, I seemed lethargic... And I knew I didn't feel right... There was a panic deep inside me. When there is a panic, there is always something inside I just haven't dealt with yet... And so it goes.
So I turned to a friend... Folks, make sure to go and ask for support and help when you need it. I love the quote (and borrow it from Rhonda Britten) "No one can be fearless alone."
It takes a great deal of courage to ask for what we need...
Take the time to take care of YOU - not only on the outside, but also on the inside. Go to a friend, and allow your friend to be there for you, to hold a safe space for you, while you process your feelings, your stuff.
This Quit journey is really just that - it's a journey. Ups and downs, fears and so much freedom... And alot of processing.
Take the time to check in w/yourselves, friends. It's important.

Cobenfan - you here? Lake, I bet you're out playing on the ocean somewhere...
And Ron - we'll miss you, but I KNOW from personal experience that Yellowstone holds in her hands - amazing miracles - enjoy your journey there...
