Hi. In a few other posts I can't locate right now, some of you recommend keeping a journal. I understand that it will help to keep a track record of them, but Red (I think it is) mentioned including what I eat. I never though about food at all! But since my attacks happen at night, I'm begun to wonder about this and what kinds of food might contribute to them, or what kinds can lessen them?
