Hi Riverdale man, posts like these used to scare me :8o:So I have worked ont this for a while now. The way I see it, everything you do in life is a decision, we as adults are free to do what we choose to do Here is the key word) I CHOOSE every day NOT to smoke, after the decision is reaffirmed I work with the results of said decision, and if it gets overwhelming I talk to myself : hey you have decided not to smoke, you have to abide by your decision to stay true to yourself. One would think that after 5 months it would be a Ok, I don't know how long you've smoked? I smoked for 30 years, I now realise that I won't be free of it in 5 or 6 or even 8 months, might take longer, who knows?. I CHOOSE to work at it one day at a time and make the right choice everyday for as long as it takes. N.O.P.E. :)Marie
