Today even though I celebrate 8 months my friend and husband Duffis celebrates 20 months with out a smoke considering all that we have been through with Cancer, Pit Bull attack, Dr's and hospitals it is truly amazing that neither one of us gave up and smoked. I will admit that there were times when I got close like after 4 hours in the emergency room but I didn't. So keep the faith members the desire for a cigarette is only in your mind if you let it.
