Thought I would share my one week anniversary with you all. Not been easy mind you with my stress levels at home and work, but, tell you all what, I done it and Im so glad.
A lot has happened this week in my life and today I am going to celebrate by playing squash 1st then gonna have a nice meal later with the Mrs!!
Its 7-25 am here in England and its 27 degrees ( 78 f) and sunny and nice-
