Do you want to quit more than you want to smoke? That is waht you need to ask yourself. We are here for you, but it is your choice.
You have the strength, you just need to reach within yourself and find it. You know what smoking can do to you and so do I, that is why I am not going to give up.
My dad died from cancer from smoking, we watched him die for a year, he just would not give up. The last time we took him to the hopital before he died, I carried him out to the car. He went from 220 pounds, down to 80 pounds.
My mom smoked and has had several heart attacks and now she has Emphysema -
This is the fight of your life and you can win if you want it bad enough. So just get your mind set and quit. You can do it, if you want to stubow. We want you to Stubow. So get back on the wagon and just do it.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
