Glad you're feeling better, Babs. Staying away from post about slipping is probably a good idea. Let us with more time in handle them.
I came across a link between carb-heavy foods and nicotine craves once. Some people do develop an addiction to carbs. For those people it is a small jump from carb crave to nicotine crave.
I'm so glad you got the help you needed when you needed it, Babs. That's what this site's all about.
Sleep well, Babs.

Hi Babs
I am one of those slippers of recent. I know that reading those posts is difficult...they are for me too...but for a different reason. Because I have recently slipped and fallen I know how PAINFUL it is to smoke those cigarettes. If your jealous, it's the junkie telling you lies, because the only thing slipping gets you is self-hatred. Don't fall for it Babs. You can do this. I know you can. You should be proud of your 4 days. I know I am proud of your 4 days and mine.
