I promise you that it will get better!! I was there too as im sure most of us were. Try not to give in and you will feel so proud of yourself. Just yesterday i was looking at someone smoking and the thought of smoking one myself made me nauseaus.
Good Luck and stay strong

Determined,
Great to hear you're on D15 - boy I can remember week 3 - it was rough!! You sound very much like your name...determined. I want you to know that I very much asked the same questions as you up to about week 6. Giving up smoking is lousy, but very worthwhile...you're doing really well.
Good advice can be found in this forum. I can't believe I'm coming up to D80, most of the time now I don't think of smoking - but occasionally it hits you like a steam train(he smiles) but only occasionally...
You hang in there ok?

Welcome to the wonderful world of quitting. Some days are better than others and sometimes it feels like we are on an emotional roller coaster. Hang on for the ride. 15 Days quit is an awesome accomplishment! Things really do get better. Prayer always works as well. :)
Keep your chin up and keep taking things one day at a time. You have the right attitude. Things aren't getting worse, it just seems like it at the moment. It's all part of the process so hang in there. This too shall pass.

Good for you for finding a postive alternative, Determined. :)
Sorry to hear about your Father. I'll certainly include him and you in my prayers.
It's amazing how cheap healthy stuff is compared to the cost of smoking. Maybe you should share some fruit with the poor girls your ex is calling. :eg:

Determined,
Prayers sent :) This is normal and will pass. Keep your coping mechanism by your side and your ex to the far side! You will be tested in many situations, the key is to avoid them and protect your quit at all costs.
You have been through a lot and you should hold on to those 14 days!
Keep Strong,
Josie
