Dalooosh, I quit cold turkey but I have to say I went through anger something offal for a few weeks. My family was in total support of my quit but after weeks of being a real B_ _ _ _
my mom called and said her and the family would support me if I went back to smoking. I knew then that I had to do something because I sure didn't like myself either. That's when I started exercising and this seemed to help big time with releasing some of that pent up anger.

Hang in there you 2. I also have had days where even my sweet pets have driven me crazy. All people are obnoxious, and loud noises can definately cause you to make some loud noises yourself. AAAARRRGGG!!!! SHREEKK!!! But please know that it REALLY does get better. You will have patience and kindness again, and people will actually seem not quite so stupid. lol. You CAN do this!! Hey Everyone.
Sunshine, don't take this the wrong way, but you must be some cranky if you made your dog leave!!! lol. I just posted on another thread to Riverdale Man that this site and dogs are always there for you even when your an old cranky butt. I guess your dog just blew that theory! LMAO. You are right, you are being tested. Just knowing that this is a test means you have passed the test!!! Did you get that? I'm trying to say, you're doing great at 58 days and I know you won't mess it up. Keep Strong Sunshine. Hello Dalooosh! I haven't heard anyone describe the "Hebbeee Jeebbbeezzz" in a while! Crawling out of your skin, itching, and just feeling totally out of control. Yep... all part of the quit process. Just hang in there because it does get better. It amazes me as well how much of a control smoking had on me. I'm so glad to be free of it and you will be too.
Can't advise you on the patch or gum, I'm a cold turkey quitter but I can tell you there are lots of quitters here who have used them. Cold turkey works too!
Congratulations on 30 days! That is awesome!

Daloosh,
Congrats on 30 days. The craves and skin crawling will get less and less, so hang in there!
Take some you time and relax. Use relaxation techniques and really take the time to slow down.
Protect your quit at all costs!
Keep Strong,
Josie
