Arwen, Sorry your having a rough time. You need to know this can be done :) What are you doing to combat these craves? You can sit in a chair and say don't smoke all you want, but you need something to distract yourself. Have you been to the doctor about your tremors, perhaps you can come up with a plan that will suit you and your work. Take some you time and really relax. Deep breathing and relaxation techniques can help you keep the stress under control. Have you been saving the money from your habit? This may help with the financial part and perhaps you can give yourself a needed reward. We know you are going through a rough time and we are here to help.
