WA state imposes huge cig taxes, we just passed one of the most agressive smoking bans in the country, and as of yet, I see no evidence of any stop smoking programs. In fact, there was an article in the local paper about how revenues from the cig tax were intended to help fund healthcare but so far the funds have gone, shall we say, up in smoke!
