Hi BJ, I too, have had better skin since I quit. I have gotten several comments on how smooth and even my skin looked. The other thing I noticed is drier skin on my face, possibly the old, nicotene and chemical covered skin flaking off. YEECH! That sure sounds gross, but true.lol. A friend of mine, who is a cosmetologist, told me yrs ago that under her lighted, magnified mirror at work, smokers have a brown "mask" all over their face. Oh well, beauty is ours now hey? I just wish I had quit before some of these wrinkles came to stay! Keep Strong BJ, 50 Days is in our sights! YIPEE!
