Cuddles;
Please stay home and dont give in to this. Remembering your father is happening for a reason-maybe its telling you not to smoke and end up like him. As a tribute to your father, maintain your quit. I know how hard it is but you have come this far-almost 2 weeks! It will get better. As Lady always says "breath in, breath out". Keep posting but dont smoke. It wont help you anyway it will only make you feel more depressed. We are here for you and believe you can make it! Big hug to you cuddles, hang in there. Denisey :)

I am really having a bad time this morning. I dont have any smokes but I want to get in my car and go buy some. It is driving me crazy.
So I am going to stay here and hope I can get through this. I tried to get my mind on something else for the past hour. I thought craves only lasted a few minutes. But this one is a monster.

I called off work so that I wouldnt have to drive by a store. Smoetimes it still feels like hell week. I want this quit more than anything. I thought it would be a little easier the 2nd time around, BUT ITS NOT. But I cant let that D#*) little cancer stick win this time. In 1981 I watched my died die from cancer. He suffered with it for 8 months. He smoked 3 packs a day. He only weighe 90 pounds when he died. I blocked out the reason for his death all these years. I dont want to end up like that. He was only 47 when he died.

Cuddles... you are succeeding at this and you know it gets so much better. I am just reminding you :)
Remember: Every day is one day closer to never feeling this way again.
And yes....keep breathing. It really does help.

Cuddles,
The nicodemon is NOT winning! You are! You are so strong and you can do this. Just keep going! I don't know if there's something in the air or not that's making all of us have a hard time, but I've been having some difficulties too. It's weird. But anyway, no matter what the reason is, just hang on. The cravings WILL cease... you know that. Hope you had a good nap.
Crave the Quit!
