Hi, I have a brother who also got involved in reiki, however with his mental illness it did not do him any good. Because of his Delusional Disorder he believes that people around him are using reiki to have him do things that he normally wouldn't do. He says that I am giving him signals ..he calls them something..but I don't know what they mean. He feels everyone around him giving him thes reiki signals. So exhausting, I wish I can bring him back, I love him so dearly and he thinks I'm out to harm him. Anyway, for those of you who may be experiencing the same thing, no matter what your friends and family love you and even though we say we understand and really haven't been there, we do understand that the mind is a powerful thing and sometimes it gets sick and it needs medication and help to get better. I'll stand by my brother allt he way, even though he avoids my calls and brushes me off. As he gets better I know the true him will come back.

I say my Aunt on the week end for a reiki session. I have a bit of an energy thing and I have felt the blockage ... I have never lost nor misplaced anything ... and in the past three months I lost my cell phone, my keys, I keep leaving my work pass in the laundry basket... so I have had a problem grounding.
Well, after she offered to to channel a message from the beings of light. They/She gave me a NEW meditation routein. It starts with a grounding in the earth with a quartz. It kinda was hard to digest that they thought i was stubborn once in a while... but the rest was a wonderful message!!
My aunt's eh coloc?, friend? - eh boy-friend? -boyfriend -special boyfriend... anyways mr large-aura gets messages but with so much information that he has trouble deciphering it and it frustrates him .. so we worked on his communications skills all from 9 till 11 pm. I was tired, hot and dehydrated. But it was so much fun. I love going back to the family home and spending time with my aunt. and she with me ... since her boys think she is one step away from being picked up by a loony-sect.
Oh yes it seems my chouette has followed me through time ... he has often been my protector! and this fits my deep feelings of him since we first met!
