this program does really help, i'm taking it slow, concentrating on doing what doctor tells me to do, take my medications, and talk - be direct, ask for help, ask questions....i am finding that walking 2 miles every day really helps! am really trying to stick with these small things. have set a few goals, try for pleasant activities (it's hard for me to have fun). don't be petrified - be accepting. i think if you're depressed you're depressed 24/7 all day every day cause that is the brain we (?) I have. but you can lift it to tolerable levels by working on it. yeah, bummer, no magic wand
