There was a woman who was always thinking and talking about suicide and it scared her. Her son told her that since she had decided it that it didn't matter when so she could go ahead and live life knowing the decision was made and it could be put off. So her attitude became, okay but not today.
A brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

Thought to ponder today: Been reading so much about anxiety and panic lately…came across something yesterday that I think was my "ah ha " moment.
It said something to the effect that I have to be willing to accept and be at peace with the fact that I "may" die of a heart attack someday to fully understand and accept my panic attack. …hmmmmmm…interesting….. IF I always have it in the back of my mind..its my heart…I will never be able to calm my anxiety, understand and manage it.
